Job vacancies become hidden automatically when the closing date for applications has passed, but they remain in the system until you manually delete them yourself, this has the advantage that if a vacancy becomes open again you can easily change the closing date for applications and it will automatically become visible again.
You can clone your existing vacancies to make new ones
Job vacancies become hidden automatically when the closing date for applications has passed, but they remain in the system so if you have a new vacancy that is the same or very similar to one of your previous vacancies you can clone an old vacancy and make a new one and edit only the required fields.

You can can access all your previous/existing vacancies on your workspace.
A member of the Student Employer Partnerships Team may contact you to verify the opportunity and confirm details before it is published and made visible to students within the college.
