Advanced Catering Craft Diploma

Summary: 

If you are already competent to Level 2, this programme will enhance your skills and knowledge and further your career.

The programme is based on practical aspects of kitchen, larder and pastry work and teaches advanced cookery techniques.

Course Length: 
One or Two years depending on previous qualifications.
Entry Requirements: 

Minimum age 18.  You will need to have successfully completed NVQ Levels 1 and 2 or equivalent.

Career Progression: 

Prospects are extremely good for qualified chefs at this level.  You can expect to obtain a supervisory position quickly with a national or international hotel or catering organisation, with opportunities to specialise according to your individual strengths.
