Summary:
This course has been developed by BTEC to provide a nationally recognised and vocationally specific qualification with which to enter employment or to progress to higher education such as a degree in business and/or management or an associated specialist field, such as Accounts.
This is a one-year course which would be suitable for those who may already have a post-16 qualification and want to boost their existing qualifications or for those who have other reasons for preferring a one-year option.
Course Schedule:
Minimum of 3 days in College
Entry Requirements:
5 GCSEs grade C and above including English (and Maths at minimum grade D)
Assessment:
Course work through a variety of assessment methods including assignments, presentation, reports, observations and discussion. You will achieve either a Pass, Merit or Distinction for each unit and the overall grade for the course will be assessed on the level of achievement in all units. If you perform exceptionally throughout the course you will be awarded a Distinction.

To further L3 or HE study or to employment
