Entry Requirements: 

This is a first step programme, and no specific academic qualifications are set.  You should have basic learning skills and a determination to succeed, together with appropriate literacy capability.  Sufficient experience of working in a business environment  environment indicates that you will be at least 20 years old.

-   Individuals at an early stage of their careers who wish to develop management skills to become more effective. 
-   Those who have shown potential for team leader or First Line management positions and who need the development skills and knowledge to succeed in that position.
-   Experienced staff who are currently in positions of First Line management responsibility and need to expand their skills and knowledge to increase managerial effectiveness.
