Level 4 candidates will be working in management positions.

Assessment: 

NVQ Assessors will observe your achievements and skills in your workplace and you will collect a portfolio of evidence for assessment.  There are no examinations.

Academic Progression: 

On completion of the course you will be able to progress to a Foundation Degree.
