Looking for a Higher Education place through Clearing? Talk to our Advisors

If you have received your A-Level results and have not got onto the higher education course that you were hoping for, don't panic! Our Advice Shop advisors are on hand to help guide you through the UCAS Clearing process.

Students who are in this position should simply come along to The Advice Shop, just inside the main reception at City College Norwich, where our team of advisors will be on hand to help.  Please bring with you your UCAS reference number.

Our Advisors can also help with the new UCAS Adjustment process, which has been introduced for students with better results than expected.  Adjustment provides an opportunity for students who have exceeded the conditions of their firm choice to reconsider where and what to study.
