City College Norwich’s award-winning business facility, St Andrews House in the centre of Norwich, will be holding an Open Evening on Wednesday 11th November, from 5pm to 7pm.
Anyone who does business in Norwich is invited to come and see for themselves why St Andrews House has established itself as an important business venue in the heart of the city, winning the EDP Business Tourism Award last year.
Fully refurbished in 2007, St Andrews House offers a modern and stylish environment, with 15 training rooms, a full conference suite, boardroom and smaller meeting spaces. Up to 120 conference delegates can make use of the latest technology including video conferencing facilities, IPTV (Internet protocol television) and mediasite recording software. There’s also a cybercafé, serving hot food and refreshments, where you’ll also find the latest financial papers and magazines.
One organisation that has already discovered the benefits of St Andrews House is the Norfolk branch of the Institute of Directors (IOD). Nick Farrow, Director of creative design company Farrows, and Chairman of the Norfolk branch of the IOD said: "As Chairman of the IOD it is very important that, if we put our name to an event, the venue is first class, the facilities comprehensive and the service must be spot on. The team at St Andrews House have fulfilled this criteria not just once but many times, and I have been happy to recommend it as a venue to many member companies and clients."
The Open Evening coincides with the launch of the new St Andrews House website – www.financialskillsacademy.org.uk – through which users can book the facilities, learn more about the technologies on offer and find out about training opportunities for individuals and businesses.
If you can’t make the Open Evening, you can arrange a tour of the facilities at an alterative time. Call (01603) 773 500 to book an appointment.
St Andrews House is conveniently located on St Andrews Street, Norwich, NR2 4TP. Car parking is available in the St Andrews multi-story car park adjacent to St Andrews House.
