In the School of Creative Arts, you will find almost every kind of art you can imagine. We are always looking to do new things, like our Dance Intensive course, Arts and Well-Being Foundation Degree and Production Arts National Diploma - and we are the first in the region to run the Creative and Media Diploma in partnership with five local high schools. And we have just been announced as a founder College in the National Skills Academy for Creative and Cultural Skills.

We have been helping students achieve good A Level and GCSE grades and move on to higher or further education training or employment for many years.

In 2009 16 subjects at A Level recorded a 100% pass rate in subjects as varied as Business Studies, Textiles, Mathematics and Geography.

The School of Lifelong Learning has been created to provide education opportunities for potential students with a wide range of experiences and aspirations. Our curriculum offer includes certification for basic skills in Literacy and Numeracy - skills for working life, English for speakers of other languages, the Access to Higher Education programmes and a range of vocationally relevant degrees, which provide a sound basis for employment and further training and development.
